The  Incremental Enslavement of Americans. Part One

Make no mistake America is not the land of liberty and freedom we would like to believe it is. Sadly, our freedom has been slowly insidiously turned to slavery.

Slavery? To whom?

I asked these questions, as should everyone, the first time someone put forth the notion. I thought it absurd that anyone would consider the American lifestyle enslavement. I mean our standard of living even at what we call the poverty level is luxurious to 80% of the world’s population.

The enslavement of this nation’s citizenry is, sadly, voluntary.

I am a child of the cold war era and Reaganomics. The specter of nuclear holocaust shaded any dreams I’d dare entertain, given I had no confidence I’d live long enough to pursue my dreams for the future.

My parents are baby boomers and, as the generation is known for, their concerns were largely devoted to the acquisition and retention of wealth. They left the rearing of their 4 children in the hands of the television networks and local education system. The message to the latch key generation (me) was money came first in the hearts and minds of grownups. Latch key kids grew up to be generation X. Why the X? The sense of confusion and surprise at end of the cold war and collapse of the U.S.S.R. sent me for a loop. This meant I’d now have a future and I was completely unprepared for it. Were we designed to be the transitional generation groomed to believe ourselves powerless to affect our future. The kind of apathy you might expect to see in the terminally ill or a death row inmate. With the boomers chasing the almighty $, and the gen Xer’s perfecting the art of slack, the will of the people of the most powerful nation on earth went to sleep.

SLEEPING AT THE WHEEL

I remember the world before cell phones or the internet. So it’s easy for me to see how the federal government was able to get away with selling arms to Iran and the Sandinistas during the 80’s. Our knowledge of the world at large was the 10 o’clock news. We never imagined the media was already in the hands of special interests that had no intention of informing the public of anything that would stir up civil temperament. The 10 o’clock news was less a report of world events and more akin to a bedtime story. What celebrities are wearing, who they are dating, what sports star signed on to what new Hollywood blockbuster. You get the idea. Who owns the media? While You Were Out…

We have been living in an illusory state of grace in this country for quite some time. As I do research into what I have come to call “the Rabbit Hole”, I am astonished at how easily the American public has been duped. Are they dumbing us down or are we just dumb? I have been witness to herculanian powers of denial by seemingly down to earth, honest folks. Who refuse to acknowledge the elephant in the room. My Mother says that’s just the way her generation was raised. Maybe because of all the Fathers that served in the armed forces during WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Guam, the list seems endless. The horrible things they must have seen and had to do, better forgotten. Better to put it away and get on living. Doesn’t your heart swell with pride at the thought? Even if only a small swell. My word, what a patriotic portrait of heroic “stow-it-ism”( I jest ) I don’t think a man or woman that goes into the armed forces ever comes back home. How could they? They go to places where there is destruction, death, human suffering and its all routine.

Here is a couple disturbing facts I recently dug up.

I find myself extremely anxious in the face of some of these new suggestions, specifically what is being called the Psychological Kevlar Act of 2007 and use of the drug propranalol to treat the symptoms of post traumatic stress injuries. Though both, at least in theory, sound entirely reasonable, even desirable, in the wrong hands, under the wrong leadership, they could make the sci-fi fantasies of Blade Runner seem prescient.

The Psychological Kevlar Act "directs the secretary of defense to develop and implement a plan to incorporate preventive and early-intervention measures, practices, or procedures that reduce the likelihood that personnel in combat will develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or other stress-related psychopathologies, including substance use conditions. (Kevlar, a DuPont fiber, is an essential component of U.S. military helmets and bullet-proof vests advertised to be "five times stronger than steel.") The stated purpose of this legislation is to make American soldiers less vulnerable to the combat stressors that so often result in psychic injuries.

On the face of it, the bill sounds logical and even compassionate. After all, our soldiers are supplied with physical armor -- at least in theory. So why not mental? My guess is that the representatives who have signed on to this bill are genuinely concerned about the welfare of troops and their families. Patrick Kennedy, D-R.I., is the bill's sponsor

Since World War II, our military has sought and found any number of ways to override the values and belief systems recruits have, most particularly the inherent resistance human beings have to killing others of their own species. Maximizing soldiers' lethality, by bypassing their moral autonomy. Soldiers are conditioned to act without considering the moral repercussions of their actions; they are enabled to kill without making the conscious decision to do so. If they are unable to justify to themselves the fact that they killed another human being, they will likely -- and understandably -- suffer enormous guilt. This guilt manifests itself as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and it has damaged the lives of thousands of men who performed their duty in combat."

By military standards, operant conditioning has been highly effective. It's enabled American soldiers to kill more often and more efficiently, and that ability continues to exact a terrible toll on those we have designated as the "enemy”. But the toll on the troops themselves is also tragic. Even when troops struggle honorably with the difference between a protected person and a permissible target (and I believe that the vast majority do so struggle, though the distinction is one I find both ethically and humanely problematic) in war "shit happens." When soldiers are witness to overwhelming horror, or because of a reflexive accident, an illegitimate order, or because multiple deployments have thoroughly distorted their perceptions, or simply because they are in the wrong place at the wrong time -- those are the moments that will continue to haunt them, the memories they will not be able to forgive or forget, and the stuff of posttraumatic stress injuries.

Think about the implications of "psychological Kevlar" -- what kind of "preventive and early-intervention measures, practices, or procedures" might be developed that would "reduce the likelihood that personnel in combat will develop post-traumatic stress disorder." How would a soldier with a shield against moral response "five times stronger than steel" behave?

I cannot convince myself that what is really being promoted isn't a form of moral lobotomy.

Can you imagine what aspects of selfhood will have to be excised or paralyzed so soldiers will no longer be troubled by what they, not to mention we, would otherwise consider morally repugnant. A soldier who has lost an arm can be welcomed home because he or she still shares fundamental societal values. But the soldier who sees her friend emulsified by a bomb, or who is ordered to run over children in the road rather than slow down the convoy, or who realizes too late that the woman was carrying a baby, not a bomb -- if that soldier's ability to feel terror and horror has been amputated, if he or she can no longer be appalled or haunted, something far more precious has been lost. I am afraid that the training or conditioning or drug that will be developed to protect soldiers from such injuries will leave an indifference to violence that will make them unrecognizable to themselves and to those who love them. They will be alienated and isolated, and finally unable to come home.

Posttraumatic stress injuries can devastate the lives of soldiers and their families. The suicides that are so often the result of such injuries make it clear that they can be every bit as lethal as bullets or bombs, and to date no cure has been found. Treatment and disability payments, both for injured troops and their families, are a huge budgetary concern that becomes ever more daunting as these wars drag on. The Psychological Kevlar Act perhaps holds out the promise of a prophylactic remedy, but it should come as no surprise that Big Pharma has been looking for a chemical intervention.

What they have come up with has already been dubbed "the mourning after pill”. Propranalol, if taken immediately following a traumatic event, can subdue a victim's stress response and so soften his or her perception of the memory. That does not mean the memory has been erased, but proponents claim that the drug can render it emotionally toothless.

Propranolol is a well-tolerated medication that has been used for years for other purposes.

And it is inexpensive.

But is it moral to weaken memories of horrendous acts a person has committed?

Whatever research projects might be funded by the Psychological Kevlar Act and whatever use is made of propranolol, they will almost certainly involve a diminished range of feelings and memory, without which soldiers and veterans will be different. But in what ways?

I wish I could trust the leadership of our country to prioritize the lives and well-being of our citizens. I don't. The last six years have clearly shown the extent to which this administration is willing to go to use soldiers for its own ends, discarding them when they are damaged. Will efforts be made to fix what has been broken? Return what has been taken? Bring them home? Will citizens be enlightened about what we are condoning in our ignorance, dispassion, or indifference? Or will these two solutions simply bring us closer to realizing the bullet-proof mind, devoid of the inconvenient vulnerability of decent human beings to atrocity and horror? And finally, these are all questions about the morality of proposals that are trying to prevent injuries without changing the social circumstances that bring them about, which sidestep the most fundamental moral dilemma: that of sending people to war in the first place.

This brings me back to my initial concern that, once a loved one enters the armed forces they will never come home again.

Gulags in America?

As it becomes exceedingly clear to me that the intentions of our government are questionable, I find myself drawing out connections between this, that, and the other. For instance, FEMA has been constructing large evacuation “camps” to house civilians in the event of national emergency such as, earthquake ,hurricane, biological or nuclear attack. As well, these “emergency preparedness centers” can be used to house enemy combatants or no-comply citizenry in a time of civil unrest.

Whom do they plan on enforcing curfews and other such measures that may be “necessary” in the event that marshall law is declared?

Did you guess our own military?

Your Right! Well at least in part. In fact the U.S. has arranged to ask Canada and Mexico to pitch in. Our own military is being primed for handling civilians in the cities, suburban, and country sides of Iraq and Afghanistan as we speak. Here at home they run exercises with hired actors playing the role of American citizens being rounded up and put into camps. Some against their will.

I’ve seen video of a man being forced to the ground shouting “I’m an American citizen! You can’t do this!”  of women and children begging for food or water and being refused. Now I can see why the Psychological Kevlar Act is needed. The task of getting our soldiers to protect America from Americans sounds pretty tricky to me.

I'd have liked to include the youtube video but I was unable to save and 14 hours later it has been deleted

The conduct of our service men and women has been questionable since the beginning of this conflict.

The events of 9/11 were so traumatic there was no shortage of Americans ready to beat our enemies down and get our eye for an eye.

The trouble is 6 years later we still have no Osama Bin Laden, no weapons of mass destruction, mounting questions about our justification to invade Iraq and a growing percentage of Americans who believe that in fact, 9/11 was carried out by our own government! The evidence to support this belief is copious and VERY convincing.

(9/11truth.org)

Why? Why would “they” do this? Who would be capable of such atrocities as have been visited on us already, to say nothing of what many Americans believe is in store? What is real? Whom can we believe?

Most people choose to reserve believing for the seeing of a thing. The problem here is by the time this possible future is visible to everyone it will be far too late. It is already visible to anyone who cares to look. It’s almost as if it’s being flaunted in my face as if to say, “HA HA see what fools the masses are not only do they allow us to remove their freedoms they are grateful for the security we made them falsely believe they needed!”  The tools to support a control grid are already in place. From the traffic camera inexpicably used outside of interstates i.e. I don’t see the need for one at every major intersection of a sleepy town like Salt Lake. I mean c’mon! To your ATM, Visa, AmeX, even Kelly Services a temp agency encourages a cashless society by issueing out their workers pay via direct deposit or, in lew of a bank account, a refillable debit card will be issued in lew of cold hard cash. Now add high costs for fuel and food with the value of your dollar bottoming out, sprinkle in a glut of cheap, illegal labor from across the border working the jobs all the would be American Idols are too spoiled to work to get through that horrendously expensive and almost equally meaningless college education that only ensures they’ll enter the workforce in debt up to their eyeballs and you have a recipe for Incremental Enslavement.

Whack A Mole

I ask you, who are the terrorists? What are the real risks? What is really going on?!

Ever heard the term,” The Fleecing of America.”? It’s not just a catch phrase sadly, it is exactly what these “attacks” were intended to facilitate. In the years between 2001 and 2005 65% of America’s wealth was sucked out of the middle and poor classes into the coffers of America’s wealthiest 5% .

The jockeying for advantageous positions began long before the first aircraft stuck at the World Trade Center.  War has always been about profit. Period. Even now with American debt out of control, government spending proceeding unchecked, and the very real collapse of our economy the powers that be are hungry for more. “They”, want more than just our money.

“They” want our souls, They are evil, They are the global elite and they have plans for the world that don’t include little ol’ you or me.

In fact they would like us much better dead at least 80% of the world’s present population. It’s just our darned 2nd amendment here in America that is blocking them from their plans. The right to bear arms by this large population that has been growing for 200+ years presents a bit of a problem.

This is where it starts to get seriously sick and twisted.

To be continued with an explanation of electronic harassment.

America's Destruction By Design

Why Bush And Congress Dismantle America By Arrangement

by Frosty Wooldridge

With 80 percent of the American public screaming for our president and Congress to secure our borders and stop illegal migration, why do you think President Bush and this Congress aren't listening?

Short answer: They promote a different agenda against the wishes of American citizens. Since we voted the SAME Congress and president back into office, they carry out their mission: destruction of our Constitution by arrangement.

In an interview with U.S. citizen James Youngblood, this journalist detected frightening realities manifesting across this nation.

Youngblood said, "Aside from all of the obvious problems, what bothers me the most about the immigration question is the huge gap between what the great majority of people in this country appear to think should be done and the almost polar opposite stance that is taken by the government. This gap -- or disconnect -- between popular sentiment and official policy is so large that you have to question what, exactly, is really going on. That is, it's very hard to attribute this huge difference just to institutional ignorance and the normal level of bureaucratic stupidity. There's got to be more to it than that."

"From my own experience," Youngblood said, "when you see something that is this far out of kilter, it's a good idea to look for some kind of unstated agenda or overall design. Otherwise, you'll go crazy chasing down the same old rabbit trail without finding out why the trail was there in the first place. After working various tours of duty in state and local government as a planner/resource manager and having a good bit of hands-on involvement in local politics, I've learned to do this if you want to be very effective. From the academic side, you learn how to model various situations and to logically separate what are merely residual effects from real causes."

"On this basis, I personally conclude that things are as they are in this country because powerful people and institutions want them to be that way," Youngblood said. "What we observe in the United States -- including the general dumbing down of the population and the substitution of partisan name calling for reasoned debate -- is part of an agenda, and is NOT simply due to ignorance or an inability to think clearly about the issues confronting us."

"Illegal immigration, moreover, is not an exceptional case, but a powerful proof that the usually accepted 'model' of how our government works has been supplanted by something else entirely," Youngblood said. " Most Americans, as supported by both the anecdotal evidence of popular opinion outlets such as talk radio, the Internet, etc., and by legitimate, scientific polling data, overwhelmingly support stopping illegal migration. Yet, when you talk to almost any elected official of either party at any level of government, there is a total disconnect between what they say and do, and what their constituents want them to do. Their polite response, of course, is that immigration, illegal or otherwise, is good for the country."

"Why," Youngblood asked, "would they possibly say this?"

"Again, if the logic of limiting immigration into this country is so overwhelmingly on our side, and in the clear best interest of most Americans," Youngblood continued, "why, then, do almost none of our elected officials take any action to do anything about it?"

While conducting the interview, I sensed a desperation I've seen in other Americans I've interviewed who 'realize' how fast this country is being taken over by outside interests via internal elected leaders. It's quickening by the day. It's being aided and abetted at the highest levels. Yet, most Americans are too trusting to realize their own elected officials all the way to the White House work against them.

"The only honest answer, supported by all the available data that I can ascertain, is that there is an enormous hidden agenda that is being followed," Youngblood said. "Moreover, it is understood to be of such importance that it dwarfs any concern for public opinion or even the legal provisions of the Constitution itself. Again, observe what the Bush Administration and 'our' Congress sanction regarding the immigration issue, and tell me -- honestly -- if you believe that they are in any way acting in our national interest or according to the Laws of the Land?"

In this country today, there are two kinds of people who are on 'the right side' of this issue, but they differ in the level of their understanding and effectiveness. Folks in the first group clearly see and understand the problem, but they still cling to the belief that 'the system' -- once it is made aware of the problem -- is capable of taking rational, effective action to fix it.

Youngblood said, "These are good people, but they remind me of the story of the naive Russian peasant woman who believed that the problems on her collective farm could all be solved -- if only the right people were aware that they existed. 'Surely,' she lamented, 'dear Comrade Stalin would never allow such things to happen to us if he knew!' Well, Uncle Joe DID know, and his forced collectivization policies and purges out-killed Hitler by a four to one margin!"

"In our case, 'Comrade' Bush -- and Congress -- DO know exactly what is going on with respect to the immigration issue, and that the American people are not very happy about it," Youngblood said. "As in Communist Russia of the 1920s and 30s, however, the issue is NOT about what the American people want, but, rather, what geopolitical agenda (globalism) is being advanced at all costs."

Youngblood continued, "A smaller group of us have come to realize that we are in a political 'war' with 'our' own government, and that appealing to authority -- unless it is done with overwhelming public support and with full media coverage -- is a waste of our time. Have you tried getting a straight answer on immigration from any of your elected officials lately? Makes your head hurt, doesn't it?"

One thing for sure, don't have any illusions that the existing 'system' in Washington wants to or will fix the illegal migration problem -- unless we as citizens force them to do it. Millions of Americans must rise up in collective protest to stop this invasion that is being aided and abetted by our own leaders.

"Also, as many people are coming to recognize, despite its great military might, we may be looking at the end of America's accustomed dominance as an economic superpower and even its existence as an independent, sovereign nation," Youngblood said. "It happened to Rome. Whatever the role of illegal migration is meant to play in the Globalists' agenda for America, it is apparently of such critical importance to their plans for this nation that nothing short of a 'popular revolution' by the public can possibly blunt its planned impact."

"The question before us," Youngblood said, "is HOW to turn this anti-illegal immigration movement into a popular -- should we say Populist? -- political uprising to reclaim our traditional system of government. In the plainest possible language--through uncontrolled illegal immigration, we are literally under attack in terms of the planned destruction of our resource base and the deliberate eradication of our traditional American culture."

Youngblood said, "Most of 'our' elected representatives either (1) don't get it (2) don't care, or -- worst of all -- (3) act as though they are themselves part of a conspiracy to destroy this country. The FACT is -- the majority of the Senate and House of Representatives are complicit in this drama either by doing nothing or by actively aiding this nation-destroying agenda. Maybe it's time that we forcibly remind them that this approach won't work any more."

After interviewing Youngblood, I felt a sickening dread in the pit of my stomach. It occurred to me that we are in a race against our own president and Congress as they force our nation into an open border quagmire. That's why they dumb down our school system so we won't have enough people thinking and responding to this nightmare. Notice the NFL, NBA and MLB receive more attendance than our voting booths. That's why they force multiple languages on our country without end to disrupt our ability to communicate among ourselves. It causes confusion, conflict and violence that in the end, breaks down Constitutional Law in our functioning society.

That's why they, our leaders, bankrupt our finances at $7.4 trillion in debt so we're dependent on foreign investors who buy up land and move in like a locust plague. How about the IRS reporting the loss of $311 to $400 billion annually from employers not paying income taxes on employed illegal aliens? Notice Detroit becoming a Middle Eastern stronghold and Vancouver, Canada now suffering a Chinese beachhead of immigrants. Los Angeles is no longer an American city. For proof, all those signs in the backs of car windows driven by illegals state the obvious, "F*** YOU! THIS IS MEXICO."

Bush, Congress, corporations and the elite have moved our manufacturing base out of America in the last 20 years by outsourcing, insourcing, offshoring and breaking all our federal laws by encouraging 15-20 million illegal aliens to work at penury wages. In the process, they demolish our functioning Middle Class. Recall that Third World countries feature a high class and a low class. NO MIDDLE CLASS!

How do we stop it? We stop them. We vote the new world orderists out of office in 2008, which has been a resurgence of citizen protests to stop our free society from becoming a clone of India, China, Mexico, South America and Africa. I urge you to support Linda Muller and Bay Buchanan at www.teamamericapac.org  who intend to elect American citizens to displace the Teddy Kennedy's, John McCain's, Jim Kyl's, Kolbe's, Mark Udall's, Chris Cannon's, Nancy Pelosi's, Diana Degette's, Orrin Hatch's, David Dreier's and most other scoundrels from continuing the destruction of our precious country. We need the Robinson's of North Carolina, Throckmorton's in Utah, Graf's of Arizona, Norwood and Deal from Georgia and Tancredo of Colorado to stand up all over the country. If not, we won't have a country much longer.

This national nightmare is deadly serious fellow Americans and moving faster than you can imagine. Write for my 28-point action letter that will empower you with actions you can take to save your country. For you West Coast night owls, every Thursday you can catch yours truly in Las Vegas, Nevada on Mark Edwards' "Wake Up America" talk show on 50,000 watt KDWN-Am-720 10:00 PM to midnight PT, or on the worldwide internet at www.AmericanVoiceRadio.com . Five nights a week, www.wakeupamericafoundation.com , Edwards engages patriots from across the nation to bring you the latest on this nation-destroying invasion-and what you can do about it.

The World

81 year old Fidel Castro has said he will not accept another term as Cubas political/military chief. His brother has been working in the dictator's sted since his surgery in 2006. George Bush has welcomed Fidel Castro's decision to step down as Cuba's President and commander in chief, saying the US would "help the people of Cuba realize the blessings of liberty". I hardly think the U.S. is rich with "the blessings of liberty" nor do I believe           G. Bush want anyone to realize much of anything akin to liberty.
The snarenet is pulling even tighter if the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2008 fulfills all its promises. It sets aside some $39+BILLION to be spent by 2012 it covers a vast range of issues from border control to bioemergency preparedness to the tightening of controls of the handling of ammonium nitrate. Oh yeah G.W. wants to go back to the moon, attack Pakistan, and take a couple pot shots at a 5,000 pound satillite in a decaying orbit. Brilliant let's have 100 50 pound chunks striking earth we know not where insted of the one big one, that way it could potentially affect 100's of square miles as opposed to a boring old solitary impact point. Brittany was released from the
hospital back into the controlling, pill pushing hands of her "manager" only to run off to Mexico and marry the creep, I wonder how his WIFE feels about that? Lyndsey Lohan posed nude for some reprobate publication this month and I have to ask, is anyone at all concerned with these former Disney stars influence on the young women and girls that watch their G rated films in stark contrast to their x rated lifestyles. Kirsten Dunst a brilliant, beautiful actor is in rehab. Sad. Heath Ledger dead at 28. What's my point? I feel the need to point out that all of the aforementioned personalities are affected by the epidemic and irresponsible treatment of the "doctors" prescribing lethal cocktails of anti-depressants, anti-anxiety,anti-convulsants,anti-psychotics,anphetimines the list goes on. An incredible 64% of Americans have at least 1 prescription medication taken daily. My home state of Utah boasts the highest number of persons taking anti-depressants in the U.S.
Here's a news nugget that might have you calling your doc for some prozac, according to an analysis of Congressional Budget Office (CBO) statistics on U.S. household incomes from 1979 to 2005, the Economic Policy Institute’s Jared Bernstein found “a sharp increase in income inequality over the past few years. In fact, the increase in income inequality...was greater from 2003 to 2005 than over any other two-year period covered by the CBO data.”
Between 2003 and 2005, “an amazing $400 billion in pre-tax dollars was shifted from the bottom 95 percent of households to those in the top 5 percent.”
Trying to end on a positive note the number of states that have passed or are working on legislation opposing the REAL ID Act has been steadily growing to near 30. I'm happy to see that America won't take that lying down. Just think of the reaction if they try to repal our second amendment rights!! HA from MY COLD DEAD HANDS!! So you can stop sending random programmed gunmen into malls and onto campuses every few months! WE ARE ON TO YOU WEAVING SPIDERS!!
